3. What payments do you accept? We accept Paypal payments and major credit cards through Paypal payment processor.
4. What is the currency stated in your price list? All prices are stated in Singapore Dollar (SGD).
5. How often do you update your products? We usually update once every month with our latest products or web exclusive shoes.
6. How can I be informed of latest collections? Once you sign up an account with us we will add you to our mailing list. You may unsubscribe at any point of time.
7. How do I place an order? To purchase from us, you will be required to have your own account. Thereafter, simply select the chosen item(s) into your cart and a payment invoice will be sent to your email account within 1 working day. Instructions will be given on the payment mode in our confirmation email.

8. How do I know my shoe size? If you’re unsure of your shoe size, please refer to the table below as a reference guide. Please bear in mind that manufacturers will use different system to construct their shoes, hence there might be a very slight diffence to the sizing.

9. I tried to check out and my chosen item disappear in my shopping cart, what happened? As our e-Shop is live hence it will reflect what is in stock. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee the purchase. Until checkout process has been completed, another customer can still purchase the item in your shopping cart. 10. Do you offer the same selection at your local retail shop and E-Store? Yes, we do offer products of the same design at our local shop and website, however our shop will have a wider selection of products. But wait, we will also specially create exclusive products for our online customers too!
11. How are my items mailed to me? Items are usually sent out via SingPost Registered Postage with 1 - 3 working days. However, if the item is out-of-stock it will usually take 5 - 7 working days for us to order stocks from our overseas warehouse.
12. What is the difference between Normal and Registered Postage? Normal post is non-insured and customers bear the risk of lost packages. In fact, Moda Paolo only delivers all purchase via Registered Postage and it comes with a tracking number that can be monitored online via SingPost. Registered parcels are sent directly to your preferred address at your convenience.
13. Do you deliver out of Singapore? Currently we are not delivering outside of Singapore. However, we are considering extending the delivery service to International customers at a later stage.

within 7 days starting from the day you’ve received the products for a full refund if you change your mind regarding your purchase. However, do note that our refund does not include shipping charges involved. All returns must be unworn; in the state you’ve received them, in original packaging.
15. How long will I get my refund? It will take 4 - 5 working days for the refund to be processed. Once we’ve received the products, we will send it for inspection which will usually take 3 working days. Your refund will then be processed back to your Paypal account. However, it also depends on the credit card/ bank that were used. The banks may take an additional 2 - 14 days to process your payments into your account.
